WE GOT THE HOTEL TO CHECK AND THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK STATED THEY HAD NO ROOMS. SHE SAID SHE HAD TO CANCEL OR RESERVATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT TOOK FOREVER TO FIND CUSTMER SERVICE TO TALK TO SOMEONE

The location was conveniently located for what we had traveled to enjoy and the room was comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. Overall the room was great, the check in experience was not satisfactory to say the least.

Breakfast sucked, when I read online that breakfast read included, I expected at least a small cafeteria with a limited variety of breakfast related food. Instead there was a small cart in the lobby, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, granola bars only, no place to sit and eat. When I questioned the staff he said he'd "try to find some pastries". I grabbed a hot chocolate and yet granola bars and went down the street to Black Bear Diner in Upland. I really felt I was mislead. Also, my wife suffers from chronic gastrointestinal issues and has to sleep with her back propped up. The room has a king bed with only three pillows. When I called housekeeping for more, THEY SAID THEY WERE OUT OF PILLOWS?!!! THERE WERE DENIZENS HEADING AROUND OUTSIDE AS WE LEFT. YOU HAVE TO STOP ALLOWING METH HEADS TO STAY HERE! I THINK A REFUND IS IN ORDER.

There were no grab bags available for breakfast, even though desk clerk mentioned it at check in. I came down for coffee at 7am and supposed to be grab bags from 6:30-9. The towels in the room were dingy like they had not been bleached. The sink in the room drained slow And the worst part was I found a crack pipe inside one of the kitchen cabinets! I complained to the front desk and left it with them. Shea, the team leader told me she would report it to management. This was at the San Dimas, CA location. Although the staff was friendly I dont plan to stay there again due to all the negative things that happened during my visit.

The staff was very friendly. The inside room was clean. There was a shopping center nearby. It was equipped with a small sink and a microwave two-door refrigerator.

Its a very basic hotel -- zero frills. I was staying on the ground floor near the entrance --- there were no privacy curtains as it was so gloomy when I visited ,that meant I had to have the very dark curtains closed with lights on or the curtains wide open and be in the gloomy room. Really no cups or a kettle or a spoon to make a drink . I would not chose to stay again .it is what is considered cheap -- really, it cost $260 for two nights!
